3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are accepted through our official website only.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via available payment options (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, COD if applicable).

• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or payment issues.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, and other serviceable pin codes in India.

• Standard delivery timelines range from 2–7 business days, depending on location.

• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

• Delays may occur due to unforeseen logistics or weather conditions; however, we strive to deliver on time.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits, we do not accept returns once a product is opened/used.

• Replacement or refund is only applicable if:

  • Wrong product was delivered.

  • The package was damaged/tampered during transit (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof).

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
